Away From Home

Home has perhaps been a little too familiar over the last 18 months, so how about a programme of short films to take you somewhere different, somewhere unusual or exotic, unknown and otherworldly. Well that's what you'll find in this selection of shorts - journeys far and wide, including one to the magical little Texan town of Marfa, a place steeped in nostalgia, documented in animated form by multi award-winning animator Greg McLeod, and the humorous and moving International Dawn Chorus which takes us to 6 different continents via a video call that a group of birds are having. Expect comedy, drama, and just a little sprinkling of oddness. 

The shorts programme will last 60 minutes, and will be followed by a half-hour talk by the brilliant BAFTA-winning animator Greg McLeod...
